This process is surrounding the incoming projects as they are received by the Website Operations team.
Before the WebOps team begins working on a project, there is a list of specific things they need to complete the website build.
Pre-Development QC Checklist:
Domain
- Has this been purchased? Do we need to purchase? Is Delegate Access required?
XD file
- Check for any design notations for unique features, such as animation direction.
Google Analytics tag
SEO copy
Links
- Donation link or login (if applicable)
- Social media links (if applicable)
This also includes social account logins - (if needed; this is usually in the case we are embedding a social media feed into the website) - Any other links
- If there is a form, we need an email address from the client to forward sign-ups.
