Opt-in Requirements:

Privacy Policy must include language stating that:

• Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing purposes
• Text opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties unless required by law
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
