Headline/CTA – The heading is a one sentence statement that should draw attention to the form. The CTA or call-to-action is a short statement on the action you’re asking a potential signer to take.
Email Subject Line – This is the subject line that the recipient of the message will receive.
Email Copy – This is the body of the email that the targeted recipients will receive.
Email Customizations:
Message edit – Within Speak4, there’s options to have the email be editable by a signer. With that option, the message can be editable one of two ways: the first without a review before the message is sent, OR the message can be editable and only sent with a review of the message. We would have to manually review every message before they are sent.
Message variants – There’s an option to have multiple email variants to change up the delivery strategy dependent on the campaign. With this, we would need additional copy and subject lines to utilize.
Send+ - Send+ is a follow-up message option that will effectively have a second message sent at a pre-determined date on behalf of the sender if they opt-in to that when they are sending the message. We have this setting off, but it is available when the campaign calls for it.
StoryTeller – StoryTeller is a premium option available as a way to generate user generated videos that can be attached along with the email sent to a target. By default this option is off.
Form Fields Options:
{First Name}
{Last Name}
{Email}
{Phone Number}
{Address}
{Zip Code}
Opt-in copy (necessary if client will be using the email for additional outreach)
Targeting – Speak4 has an accurate database of legislators on the Federal and state levels. From a Federal and State standpoint, you can select all members of the Senate and House of Representatives or select individuals. There is also an option to add custom recipients if you provide their name, email address, and(or) fax number.
